1. Refund & Returns Policy

At Latitude-25, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and unopened

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at latitude25operations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back before contacting us — we will reply with return instructions and the correct return address: [RETURN ADDRESS / "provided in our return instructions"]. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at latitude25operations@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will offer you a replacement (exchange) or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost where a return is required.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or incorrect items only. For change-of-mind returns, we process an eligible refund rather than an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

Items marked clearance or final sale

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items: Latitude-25 covers return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns; we cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Refund Approval & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

2. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Where We Ship

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations shown at checkout (including the US, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and more).

Delivery Estimates

UAE: most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of shipping.

International: most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of shipping, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. During busy periods or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout:

UAE: Standard Shipping AED 25 — free on orders over AED 200

International: rates shown at checkout by destination

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow a few days for tracking to activate.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customs processing can also add to delivery time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at latitude25operations@gmail.com immediately — we will try to correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at latitude25operations@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
